The vertical adjustment on my drivers side seat was not working on my WG. I removed the seat and took the head off of the electrical motor controlling the vertical adjustment. Inside is a 1" long square pin that turns the adjuster, this was bent, possibly from something being jammed under the seat during an auto adjust.
I used a hammer to straighten the pin , refitted the motor, refitted the seat and all is now working as it should. Total time less than 90 mins. Cost zero.

Dealer said it would be $800 didn't he? Did the same to mine! Did it my self for free!
