I heatened the headlight in the oven (220F) for about 5min and opened them:

then started with 800 grit wet sand paper. sprayed two coats of high temp flat black and let it dry a day. then put it all back together and put the headlight back in the oven again for about 5mins. that way the glue will hold/stick the parts together. just make sure the glass is back in its position on the back-half. if needed just put some more silicon or something to seal the headlights.

will post some installed pics soon!

I used this. Windshield sealer. Mine haven't leaked at all. I just put a bead around then flattened it with my finger and put another bead around. It's like $5

Plasti dip

if anyones plastic is fading on their jeeps try out a product called plasti dip. 5 bucks for a can, spray in on the bat tom half of the jeep and or rims if you want to black out your rims. if you don't like what it looks like the paint peels right off like a sticker

Finally got it lifted. Never want to do that again. The hole drilling and nut plates were amazingly annoying. Just when I thought the hard part was over, I learned about the a-arm spacer... 12 hours later....

We have definitely heard of it haha. About half of jeepforum's rims are plasti dipped. I think I was one of the first ones to try it when the "craze" hit. I also see that its hit the tuner forums and now I see a bunch of ricer's with it all over their car. In a much less tasteful manner..

Probly better off buying new ones. Id say you have to wet sand them and buff them, basically how you would clear foggy lights.

Finally got around to mounting my KC lights to the bull bar and wired them up. The roof lights will have to wait, maybe till it's warmer out again

So sexy. That's pretty much how I want mine to look eventually. Except with black plastics.
