Flagstaff is an easy place to miss. Maybe that's why I've been here for 18 years now...sheesh.
That's anazing, I grew up off Dodge, riding motorcycles all threw that area! I can't wait to go back in the Jeep!

I think we all just need a beer. :cheers2: (courtesy of ChrisHager)

This forum is a double edge blade, it's saved me thousands in repairs and cost me thousands in mods

Wj More Goodies...... : )

Done a bunch of stuff lately, forget about posting sometimes...lol. Installed new steering gear box, both power steering hoses, alignment, front differential gasket/RTV, front differential pinion seal, drivers side half shaft (warranty, boot all ripped up), Akebonos (thanks again, Kolak!) and today Magnaflow muffler and tip, both stainless steel. It really sounds good, nice and deep growl! Not loud-loud till you get on it and then it sounds like one of those big Dodge Ram pick-em-up trucks with duals. lol The cold air system will be here sometime this coming week, getting the AIRAID one with filter cover and 2 bottles of cleaners.

What did I do to my WJ today?
I paid for it and brought it home. I have a cowboy sports car!
It's a 2000 Laredo model with all the goodies.

It rumbles and MOVES, has Infinity sound. Flow Tek muffler, leather package.
Whatever, but I LOVE the feeling of the stiff, straight-tracking ride.
As discussed in another thread, the alloys have a well-bonded black paint, I want the aluminum stock look.
And the cladding has peeling black paint, will try a pressure washer and heat gun today.

I shopped hard to replace my other little black buggy, got 'er done.
Personally, I wouldn't trade it for a newer, cushier model.

Guys (and gals, if that applies), can somebody offer why so many engines go bad in these things?
It happened to me in April (nothing $6600 wouldn't fix), but that was a dummy not changing his oil.

Wooh HOOOH!!! After

Before. Kiss it goodbye.
