Were you able to snag a yoke from a WJ? The tcase yokes for WJ and ZJ are not interchangeable unfortunately

Helped my dad put up a new chimney. The lift is about 3500lb and the HO towed like a champ. Here's a birds eye view of the WJ you don't see that often. Also the cutting wheel finger mod, don't recommend it.

There's a little pen holder up there too.

So after all of the screwing around trying to solve the front driveshaft vibration issues I have solved the problem. Last night I took the front driveshaft off. the ride into work was smooth. This triggered the concern that I had smoked the pinion bearing so I took off the diff cover. No metal shavings so that is not the problem. The pinion angle is good and I was confident about that. Turned out to be the front u-joint had barely begun to get grooves worn into the inner surface. Replaced the $25 joint and am good to go. Feeling lucky tonight!

Depends on what t-case you have. I just picked up a 242 to replace my 247. The 242 is a HD and has the 32 spline output shaft. The 247 is the 27 spline. IRO has both styles available.

You might try heating the left side, then bend it till it fits. I do this often when installing PVC pipe and it won't make the bend I need. I heat it with a torch or heat gun till it starts to droop, then I put it in place, form it with my gloved hands and I'm good to go! Try it on some excess material so you will get an idea of how much heat to apply; oh, make sure you don't hold the heat device in one place or you'll melt the plastic.

Actually took it wheeling today for the first time since the lift was installed. I don't have any pics but it did way better than I thought it would. Definitely underestimated the Jeep.

Map pocket converted into gun holster. Doesn't get any better than that.
