So my heated seats stopped working a few days ago and finally had some time today to see why. I peeled back the seat and this is what I saw. There goes all my forms of heat

Got a system test last week. Low starter voltage. Tested it on a machine out of the vehicle and solenoid wasn't extending either. Picked up a new starter for $64 after core and installing it shortly. Will check my connections and grounds for tightness as well. Battery could use a top off charge too(tests fine).

This past wkend - Picked up a OEM Hitch, Harness and Bezel (from PdPnuome's freind Rich), Radio Bezel and Cargo Cover. Hitch is worse for wear - thinkning I will blast and repaint...Anyone have any feelings on whether powder coat or paint is better?

I can believe it. In all honesty, I thought that I knew what things to look for when I was shopping around for a WJ but I didn't. You live and you learn. I'm just using it as an excuse to buy some new tools and start wrenching again.

Big thanks to Tim at Clearwater for giving me a deal on the head.

She was freaking out and didn't wanna stay in either 4th or 5th gear on the way home from work yesterday. Pulled a P0122, TPS low voltage, and happened to have an extra TPS that I ordered awhile back. Installed it and runs like a charm again!! This is my first post and I cannot count the number of times this forum has helped me work out issues with my beloved WJ!!

Also, Dynamatted all the doors and installed my heated side view mirrors just in time for todays snow!

did some more tire shopping...looks like I might be buying the Yokohama Geolander A/T-S...I know stock tire size is 235/60/17 for the 2001 limited but do you guys think I could get away with the 245's? Not sure how much sag there is in the front...also does anyone have an opinion on this tire? Ive done my fair share of research...just thought id throw it out there. I don't mean to turn this into a question thread though!

I have the exact same tires. Geo ats 245/75/16.
They run great and they have awesome grip. I didn't need to trim at all. Look into them on amazon. They are 169 a piece with free shipping. Just fyi
