Tube bumper build

Is there anybody near me with some tube bending experience. I've never bent one in my life, so I think this would end up being expensive if I tried it myself. This is the bumper I'm set on though. Price is negotiable

That's a sick looking bumper man. I would just put an ad up on your local craigslist. Im sure you'll find someone who can do it.

Just let me know if it is possible, I'm going to check a couple local shops around here, but who whants to pay $80+ and hour to have someone experiment with it. I would like to find a wj guy that at least has an idea of what to do.

Completely agree... I still need to get rid of my little chunks of sheet metal down there. Also need to do the washer bottle relocate. Ive heard of people using the bottles out of other Jeeps but im not sure which one. And with my cold air intake im not sure I have room in the engine bay, so it might have to go behind the lower portion of my front bumper sorta in front of the radiator.

No Jeep :(

Well I wrote a few shops about getting the bending done, I think this weekend I'll remove the bumper and mock up a winch plate to work around and try to get measurements for the tube. Hopefully one on the shops will write me back. This bumper is a for sure though. I like it. I'm also looking at buying a cheap northern tools bender, just in case the price is that outrageous.

PERFECT! And I still have plenty of room in that particular area for such an item. JF is bar none the best place to learn the little things about Jeeps.
