There is a plate that goes in the frame on the upper right of the tow hook. Make sure it comes with the hooks before you buy. Check carpart.com they should have a set.

Good luck at a junk yard. All the yards around me either they have been sold or the wj didn't come with them. You could, and I use could lightly, find someone who has a wj in ur neighborhood and ask them for their hooks. Lol sounds weird but there's one in my neighborhood that has hooks and I've thought about going up to their house and asking if I could take them off for cash money. But im just going to make my own.

I got mine from the local JY. It's definitely worth a try. They had five WJs and three of them had hooks. Now only two do

Yes you do. That's what secures the hooks to the Jeep.

No, just throw two shackles on your plastic front bumber, Rofl.
I have 1 hook i give away for free, but shipping it to US kills the deal for you all.
This is what you need>>>

You could always use a 1/4" plate with grade 8 bolts. But I wouldn't.

this is what I use. It was a toss up for me between what i have and the saguaro shackle mounts. http://www.saguaro4xcomponents.com/i...products_id=48

I chose this option because it distributes the force between both sides of the uni body.

Check the classifieds section. There's usually a couple people selling some. I just sold mine last month.
