Wj Thule Moab Fairing bending in flat, not functioning

I bought a Thule MOAB 690XT for my WJ and noticed the fairing at speeds over 45-50 mph just bends in and gets as flat as a wall. I would assume its probably worsening my MPG than without it. Anyone have this problem? Theirs five mounting points for the plastic rivets and it really needs a 6th one in the middle bottom area so it doesnt sink in with the wind....did i miss something or is this normal?
