swapping in a '99 cherokee XJ 4.0 ???

Customer smoked his I-6 in his 99 Grand. I can get a good used 4.0, a 99 XJ Cherokee motor from a wreck at another shop.

Will it fit? Direct swap, or major PITA?

The blocks have different accessory bolt holes. I think the engine mount holes may be different too.
