If yours is broken and need a new one, i can sell you mine for cheap. I have no need for it anymore. Just missing the cartridge. PM if your interested.

Don't know if it's broken until I take a look at it. Still waiting for the answer as to whether the whole unit needs to come off the wall in order to lube and or check it.
I will let you know as soon as I know.

I think they meant take it out of it's cubby hole and take the covers off to lube it.
