Squeeking JKS Trackbar

I'm pretty sure this has been beaten to death...but it seems like the only cure for this is changing the bushings? I've greased it with synthetic axle grease and that works for a while. Does anyone else have this problem and what was the solution? One person even added a grease zerk...is that the route to go?

I thought Kevins Off Road had a replacement bushing for that trackbar?
