squealing/chirping noise under GC

I have this annoying squealing/chirping noise coming from under my 01 grand cherokee with the 4.7/545rfe. Metallic sounding in nature. Bearing...?

-only makes noise at 15 mph and above
-worse when cold
-goes away when warmed up
-doesnt make the noise when in neutral
-makes noise under load or accelerating
-makes noise going forward and reverse

Any guesses?

I narrowed it down to the underneath the middle part of the jeep. I am confident it is not the serpentine belt or pulleys.
