Something frying BCM?

So, I have had multiple issues like dash lights not working, interior lights and blower fan randomly coming on... Changed out the BCM with one I got at a junk yard and everything was good to go. Fast forward two months and the wife says the blower fan is coming on by itself again. Does anyone know of a place that tests/repairs BCM's?

Its likely not the BCM's fault. There is something causing it to burn out so you have to follow wires and look for shorts and such. There was another member on here who had to do similar and found a short in wires back near the tail lamps. He was having similar issues.

I was figuring something is causing this issue, that is if the "new" BCM is now fried. I was thinking it was the fact my rear wiper motor literally melted, but I have the currently unplugged.
