Thanks, the cladding on mine is actually grey, they were freshly amour all'd in the pic so they probably look darker

Mine were faded grey; looks MUCH better painted black with Krylon Fusion.
Still not happy about them not matching the front bumper...

Digging up an old thread. How much further do theses flares stick out? What is the over all width I would need to make a bumper to be flush with the flares? They say they add an additional 1.25" of tire clearance, but I really need an edge to edge measurement to be sure.

They are right at 1 in wider than the stock bumper

Has anyone fitted these to a Euro spec WJ?? If you have, can you tell me if the front flares cover the wing (fender!) mounted indicators (turn signals!). If they do I will have to move them as they are a legal requirement over here. ......which is not a problem.....what would be a problem is if the flares only cover half the mounting holes!
