If the shipper is in state, you pay tax; out of state no.

But don't worry, Obama is trying to change that so you can pay sales tax on all internet sales.

I'll see how bad my new tires stick out....
If need be, I'll start playing with the BW flares....
See if the stock bumper can be pulled out and not look like crap
Then see if I can plastic weld new ends on the stock bumper
Then decide if I want to build a new steel bumper
Then they'll be for sale
Or not...

Ok so i was just informed that inorder to get the cheaper pricing like that for the flares, the order must go through bushwacker first, and it could be 8 weeks before i get them, anyone else told that too?

I"m not sure what you mean by "you have to go through Bushwacker first"... I don't think you can even buy flares directly from Bushwacker. For any rebates you just have to buy the flares and mail back the rebate form with the UPC labels from the shipping box. So you should be able to buy them from any retailer you want.

I got my from 4WD, they have already charged me and their policy states they will charge when the order ships. So, the ~$390 plus tax ($423 in Indiana) was all I paid (that's the 20% off).
