Here are the lengths I am running that that much lift, but others may vary. These shocks are the perfect length for my droop and stuff measurements, but each suspension setup can be a bit different.
Front: 18.75" compressed, 32" extended (Loop to Stem shock)
Rear: 18.75" compressed, 32" extended (Loop to Loop shock)
Also, I don't know if there is an industry standard for measuring shocks. The above numbers are for Pro-Comp 9000 shocks. For example, the Monroe built shocks that I had on the front before (came with the RK Kit) were labeled as 19 compressed, 31 extended. however, they were pretty close to the movement of the shocks I currently have.
