Just seafoamed my 00 WJ 4.0 with 103,xxx milescan't belive how much it smoked should i change my plugs now they only have about 3000 miles on them?

I think you should be OK. Run the it & if you don't have a miss you should be just OK.

if you are worried about it id say just clean them up real quick for peace of mind

i was gonna tell him the same thing. in the old days we sandblasted them in a parts cleaner bin. he should get normal life out of those plugs.
