I haven't been on the forums in a while but I have a question ya'll could probably answer for me pretty quickly. I used the search function on my ipad and couldn't find what I was looking for. My u-joints on the front of the transfer case are shot. Before I order new ones I had a few questions. I remember some people talking about replacing with a double cardan u-joint? I never had to deal with u-joints so I didn't pay much attention to what people were talking about. Is this the proper ujoint to replace with that or what?

1310 ujoints are what WJs use. Double cardan is a style of driveshaft and is better suited if lifted.

I think it's the conventional double cardan

Well there's 3 ujoints and a centering ball. If ones bad my advice is to rebuild the whole thing. Moog has good ujoints but I'd go spicer on the centering ball.
