Replaced Heater core and now my car doesnt want to start

So I replaced my heater core and blend door in my 01 wj and made sure to correctly connect all the ground wires etc and now my jeep wont start. It tries but then shortly dies. I can get it to run if i have my foot on the gas pedal but subpar at best. Any ideas of what is causing this? Maybe my anti theft is preventing the car from running?
