Question of Paint Codes

I have an '04 Inferno Red, code WEL, WJ. I have parts off of a '00 WJ that I thought were Graphite, code ZDR, but, WJ Jeeps doesn't list it as available until '02. The strange thing is, they don't show a color that is even close to Graphite for '00. My question is, if it isn't Graphite on a '00 WJ, what color is it? I'm trying to figure out what paint code I need to repaint the cladding and bumpers as well as the JK wheels I have. Thanks!

Jerry

I am pretty sure it is Graphite Gray Pearl Metallic Clearcoat . It was a late 99 color. I have seen your build thread and I'm pretty sure that is the color. I had a parts jeep that was the same color an it was a 99.

Thanks for reassuring me about the color. I was on WJ Jeeps today, and noted they didn't show that as being available for '99-'01. Well, that confirms that Graphite was used between '99-'04, like I thought.

I found several WJ's in the junkyard with the same paint I have on my cladding and bumper pieces. The color code is PTK, which shows up on WJ Jeeps as being Taupe Frost Metallic and available in '99-'00. Problem solved.
