Wj Quadradrive transfercase problem

Ok so I tested once again the shifting from 4wd all time to 4LO, I know your supposed to be in nuetral and let the jeep roll 1-3mph forward. Well, I tried this and now it sounds like gears grinding and I can feel the vibration through the shifter when I try to shift to 4LO. It feels and sounds so bad it seems like the engine will fall apart if I try to force it. It has been a few years since I put the Jeep in 4LO.

I hope a transfercase flush will fix this problem. If anyone has any input I appreciate it. Thanks.
