Sorry, I wasn't very clear. UC suspension is 1" over stock. Add 2" BB for total of 3" lift over stock, assuming no sag in springs or isolators. I have about 1/2" sag in front, maybe a bit more in the rear. Stock tires were 29", so figure bigger 30.5" tires adds another 3/4". Hub to fender measures a little over 20.5" in front, but it seems even higher with larger tires.

Do all you need is the UC springs or all the suspension components?

UC springs are 1 inch taller, that's all you would need.

UC suspension from the factory was just 1" larger springs and different shocks. You can do a 2" BB on stock on on UC suspension. If you have stock right now and want to add 3", just get 3" springs.

I think I finally decided on 265/70r16 AT2's. Ordered RC wheel spacers to keep them from rubbing. Now to find the tires at a decent price...

I recently bought mine on tirebuyer.com. They were $5 more per tire than tirerack, but they were offering free shipping. On top of that, google tirebuyer.com coupon code, find one for 10 percent off. Killer deal. Too bad you just missed the $50 off from General too. I paid $129 each for mine, 245/70/17. I am happy with that.
