Are PIAA's worth the price?

Been doing quite a bit of research on headlight bulbs and also called around. This is for a 99 Jeep GC low beam 9006 bulb. Seems the consensus is that piaa is good, but overpriced for what you get. They state that GE super white or Sylvania 9006 XS ST bulbs are the best halogen available with a far better price tag. I have no idea as to what to get or what bulb is brighter etc. Your thoughts and experiences are greatly appreciated.

I didn't think that GE or Sylvania made their high output bulbs in straight 9006 styles.
