It fit on my 04 Laredo.

Just my opinion only of course but have any of you concidered that the reason they are so rare and only sold for a year or so is because they are so PIG UGLY and hardly anyone bought them for that reason!!

Actually I think it may have had something to due with the top mounting tabs breaking. Everytime you close the hood it slams down on them and eventually metal wins over plastic.

Who u callin ugly??

It will not fit on the Laredo. The screw layout under the good and the bottom of the bumper are different. Now. I can look into fabricating something or sell it. Seriously, what's it worth? It was a silver color and chipping a tad.

I have a silver Overland, but Connecticut is too far to drive and it costs too much to ship :-(

I'm in NY. Where in ct are you? It's got a few chips. Again, not sure what I'm going to do...but if I don't use it, it's open season.

Oh, sorry, I thought I saw Connecticut the other day, now I remember. I am in Ohio, near Cincinnati.

Ha. Thought you meant you were in ct. If I don't keep it, I'll see about shipping.

Ok, I would love to work something out. It's the right color and my license plate (front plate needed in Ohio) would mount into the holes that are there. Just let me know.

Excellent write up. I do not think I will leave the top tabs as is, probably cut them back, put new holes and then it will sit more flush. Not to take away from what you did, but I do not like it sitting off so far forward and you can tell by how the license plate sits and leans. It does give me hope though. I will either cut back on the guard where it hits the bumper or build a bracket that reaches out to the guard mounts. We shall see. Thanks for the information.

Glad to help. The only way to make the guard sit back more is to alter it quite a bit. As is, it sits flush with the bumper and the bottom mounting holes are level when mounted.
