its actually pretty stout believe it or not, i could probably push down some good size brush if i wanted. i know they retailed for close to $600 new. this thing mounts in 4 different places, two mounts where the factory tow hooks go, and two underneath the hood on the core support. VERY stout. id take it over a brush guard that just mounts to the tow hook bolts. if you want one your going to be waiting FOREVER. they were only made for a year or two i believe, they are def. discontinued. im getting rid of mine as soon as the ARB goes on

its called a molded brush guard Jeep Grand Cherokee WJ - Mopar Running Boards

and if you Google it and look around can find it like
JeepPartsPeople.com - Genuine Jeep Parts and Jeep Accessories
JeepPartsPeople.com - Genuine Jeep Parts and Jeep Accessories

they have part number but are all different depending on color like jeep part# 82204594 is Driftwood

also they have a version with the headlight protection called Tubular Brush Guards

just go to JeepPartsPeople.com - Genuine Jeep Parts and Jeep Accessories pop in your jeep info and go to "protection" and will see the listing at the bottom of the page. and shipping is not allot from them

hope it helps
