OK to ground here? Blue stud rear pass seat

I couldnt find this in forum. I hooked up an amp today. I hooked the ground up to a blue stud under the passenger seat? Is this ok? Not hooked up to the gas tank is it? It looks like a factory ground or something. I am not sure if you know if this is ok=, let me know. Thanks

Pics are a wonderful thing..................

If you are referancing the lower seat mount (under the back seat bottoms), that bolts to the floor and through the floor, It will be ok.

straight chassis is perfection.... but that bracket is directly bolted all the way through the body to the outside by two bolts on each bracket, if I rememer correctly.
I think they are roughly 12 or 13mm, Unbolt one and sand under it's head down to bare metal.
