Unhappy no spark at #7

Hi boys, Gotta 99 wj gc has a miss, did the plugs all came out nice except for 7 which was black and had no sign of wear at all, so new plugs same. Miss, swapped out ,7 coil pack for 1 same miss , pulled power from 1 made worse same 3 5 and no worse on 7 where do i go from here ??

ok just got multimeter and confirmed there is no power going to coil #7 - where does this power come from pcm thru relays does any one know where i can find a diagram
