Wj New Build/Part Help

I just bought an 02 Grey Laredo. Right now its stock but i plan on modifying it slightly. Its going to be used to travel 200 miles to and from school, in the snow, and on the trails every once in a while.

I would the opinions of more knowledgeable people as i dont know to much about cars.

So far ive decided to put a 2.5" lift on it:

but im not too sure what else i should add.

Any recommendations for both body and engine are appreciated. Thanks
