New '04 Limited - what are these?

Hi, GC newbie here. Just picked up a '04 Limited and these were in the back hatch area. I can't figure out what they are for. They may not even be for the Jeep. Any ideas? Tia

Thanks

dam thats a new one, cant say i ever seen anything like that. its obviously not a wj tool. but it looks like its supposed to hold two pole's parallel. but that little triangle piece makes it a little weird. know i never seen it online or in any directions or manual for wj's.

They might go between the bikes, frame tube to frame tube, to keep them from slamming together when you brake.
