Need Help! Tech difficulties

My blinkers rear windshield wiper dome lights and AC/Heat all stopped working. I checked fuses and all were fine so only thing I can think of are the relays? Anyone have any ideas/know how to tell if a relay went bad?

Check the wiring on the passenger side floor/ kick panel area. check for broken wires or corrosion there.
