need help fuel issue

i have 2004 jeep grand cherokee 4.0 4x4..I replaced the fuel pump, filter, crankshaft position sensor.. so it ran good for a week after doing this work..now it cranks hard to start when its cold and takes at least 2 times then it will finally start...when it gets to normal operating temp it starts to sputter a lil bit... and horrid gas mileage.. also i cannot shut it off when it gets hot or it will not start until totally cools down.. for instance i have to leave it running when i go into the store, and when i go to leave it spits, sputters, and pops for at least the first mile ! 2 codes come up Lean on bank one and bank 2 . It is not running hot.. Does anyone have any ideas Please !!! Thanks Brandon
