Need Help! A/C compressor oil charge amount?

I'm installing a new compressor on my 02 4.7. It's a new denso compressor, and according to the instructions it's shipped filled with oil. It says to drain out the old compressor and measure the amount, then drain the new one and refill with the amount drained from the old one. Well I got about a teaspoon out of the old one. FFS.
I also put in a new condenser, drier/receiver and expansion valve, so I think I need to account for the oil in those too. Anyone have any tips on how to get this right? I was hoping it would be swap and go but looks like I'm not so lucky. Thanks!
