Need advice on 01 limited v8

I am looking at buying an 01 limited v8 w/ 25k miles. I test drove it today and noticed the brakes pulsing. As I looked up tsb's and read jeep reviews, it seems there is a big problem with the front brakes.
I did read the FAQ section but still have questions
*****
questions: is there a big problem?
if so is there a permanant fix? ( i am aware of the changed caliper setup on 03's)
also the updated Mopar caliper package how much$$$$
Some have said just use aftermarket rotors to cure warped rotors.
What works and doesn't and is there a permanant fix?

2. What other problems should I be looking for. What are some common problems I can expect to deal with?

I appreciate any help as I hope to be new to the Jeep scene.

I ended up changing all 4 rotors, that fixed my problem. Parts were around $175. Welcome hopefully...

Well known problem with easy fix. Get aftermarket discs. The standard Jeep ones warp every 10000k
