Thanks, but it wouldnt since I dont have Solidworks or a laser. It's a pretty simple template since everything is basically square and only 7 pieces. Should have more pics and up dates tonight.

Got some plate cut and tack welded. Adjusted the one I'm making so the front curves like the Went out and did a quick test fit and seems to be good. Would have done more to it but the wind and rain is blowing and expecting snow tomorrow.

If I get a break in the storm I'll go out and mark the mount holes, drill them out and make the backing plates.

Then I'll make the sides for the winch plate. Also this one is made to fit a Warn XD9000. I found the dimensions online, made a template for the test fit.

Mine will have to be bigger since its a 12.5k. But here are the picks so far.

I mean, put the template in the hole you cut out so we can see the fit or mock up.

Looking good by the way.

Any thoughts about making a few to sell? Could you attach some shackle mounts to the front?

It looks like the winch will block the radiator lower supports. If that is the case what is your plan? I saw you had a different radiator will we need to get a different one?

I didnt take pics of cardboard installed because it was late and wet. Just placed it for fit and ran back.

Lower rad support doesn't come into play. This only replaces the center I cut out (in previous pic above) the front bumper. Stock rad will stay.

If you do make some to sell, i'd be interested pending on the price. Build is coming along nicely.

I like the "C" shape of your bottom plate. Should be much more stable than just cutting straight across. I considered recessing mine, but when I built it, I was working in the county that always has the highest car/deer crash count in this state. Figured the winch and hoop posted out front would protect the radiator better.
