looks really good, ive been thinking of making some tube doors for my ZJ, friends got a CJ ive always been jealous of riding with no doors! (and his 572)

The original hinge halves are on the jeep and the original doors. The half doors have their half hinges also.

Yes I drilled and punched out the hinge pins in both sets of hinges. I actually just cut the pin in half with a cut-off wheel and used a chisel to spread the two halves and then tapped them out with a drift. I only had to drill the half of hinge on the jeep to fit the wire clip pin. The door half was good. The new pins are not a tight fit because it was too hard to get the pins in and out. The doors have about 1/8 or less drop at the latch end. They barely hit the striker on the door jam when you close them. The striker lines the doors back up perfectly.

The doors (both sets) fit great. No rattles or wind noise. I'll get more pics of the hinges and doors up tomorrow if you want to specifically to see something.
