I guess i still dont see the rarity part of it. Limited v8 selectrc? If thats all it is maybe i dont realize it because it only took me a couple of weeks to find exactly what i wanted, color and all.

same here.....first one I looked at = PERFECT. just got lucky I guess. well except for the stupid OEM running boards. those came off as soon as I hit my driveway!

they only made somewhere between 20 and 30k of them over all the later year models. a very small fraction of all wj's.
it's almost completely unheard of in a limited. to the point of this thread being the only mention of one built that way from the factory.

'97 zj 5.2, some stuff, some other suff, and some things that even work sometimes.

AllData is a program shops can subscribe to which is pretty much a Haynes repair manual for every car from '88 and up. I "borrowed" a copy from my school back in a day, so mine only goes up to '08. And it takes up about 120GB of space, so don't expect to be downloading it anywhere lol.

So now I know I have the 242h whats the difference between the 2?
