im down for a home made snorkal, but i need one that will work with my duel battery system.

There was a guy on JU that did that back in the day. AlaskaZJ I think it was.

He had the pipe come straight out of the grille, it fit flush with the grille, then he had a pvc extension he put on before hitting water crossings. So when he wasn't using it, all you saw was the round inlet pipe between the grill slats (I think he might have knocked one of them out for this).

i havent got pulled over for mine yet its almost been 2 years since i put it on, i dont think there is a law against it is there?

run down to the hardware and get you a round vent grille so you can pop off the snorkel when not in use or needed.
