Thanks and yeah it sucks i got new tires about a month ago so i need to wait until i need new ones again. And i used plasti dip. I got it at home depot for 5 bucks a can and its lasted on my jeep for about 8 months now. The great part is that its extremely durable but if you change your mind you can peel the stuff right off. Its like a sprayable rubber but tough as hell!
I was going to paint them and then saw a video on you tube and it worked great. Still looks good since oct2011.
figure when they start to turn ill paint them.
I just did it with a heat gun its definatley alot darker then it was before. Ill wait and see how long it lasts and than decide if ill paint or just use the heat gun again.
I painted my cadding black. I like to paint the time but scared to use plastidip I thot the heat or trails will rub it right off but u say its pretty tough stuff ?
