EDIT: 8-18-16 vacuum lines checked or replaced, throttle air resonator box repaired for now getting replacement for a break in it, Cleaned and or replaced all grounds I could find except starter, fuel filter, dropped and cleaned and inspected gas tank no problems found but gas seems to go in it now without splashing, Cleaned throttle body and sensors.
Still shuts down at temp after 15-30 minutes.
EDIT: 8-10-16 found break in airbox on throttle body large hole may be issue jbwelded and will put bak together next week. Searched for leaks in Evap system, EVAP canister and vacuum hoses in engine bay.
EDIT; 8-8-16 Pulled fuel tank pump and filter looking for issues none found
EDIT: 8-1-16 replaced corroded battery cable to Fusebox in engine replaced cable ends.
Outcome was ran longer still no E-fan on startup.
Charged all night and worked at 12 noon all fans is this possible bad battery it takes charge goes to 12.5 but was dead when bought it is a new battery less then a year but no warranty.
EDIT:7-28-16 changed Crank Sensor no change still shuts down and it was a mopar sensor.
Don't know where to go next very aggravating.
Well I bought a 1999 4.7 WJ as a project was shutting down when I bought it and figured I would just mess with it slowly as a project to keep me busy medically retired.

Here is what is happening after a few weeks of messing with it and no codes ever.
OK here is my edited post of working on this thing for a month or so now.
Engine will get to temp 210 and shutdown may take 15-30 minutes never overheats just a clean shutdown.
Things I have replaced and fixed.
Replaced fuel filter, most of the ground straps and replaced battery cable ends and connectors with nice marine ones replaced Crankshaft position sensor with mopar unit from kolak tried a brand new battery, replaced or exchanged all relays under hood replaced E-fan relay, checked and cleaned every fuse and relay I could get too except a couple under the dash.
Now my health is bad cancer and getting worse I think the only thing left is a computer but I hate to spend more money and have a possible dead WJ sitting there with 1000$ in upgrades and parts.
Only spent 1k on it but not sure if I could sell it with the issue for 2k and don't want to loose anymore money I get disability and it isn't much.
So what do you think should I try for a computer or sell it?
I knew it was a gamble just was hoping I could get it fixed up my 4.0 I bought 3+ years ago I fixed up slowly and has been great was hoping for a second winner.
I have already listed it just to see if I would get any calls trying to test the market I mean if I cant sell it I guess I need to keep going forward.
