ZJ into WJ, motor swap 4.0 92-98 into a 99

ZJ into a WJ I have a 1999 grand cherokee with a bad motor, will a earlier motor mount up the tranmission? Can I just remove the intake, exhaust manifolds, and Distributor,and swap. or is there more to it?
