Lost my Blower motor

I was driving tonight and my blower motor quit on the way into work. I am driving a 2004 GC Overland. I am guessing its a fuse but will not be able to look at it until tomorrow night. Where would said fuse be located? Any other ideas what it could be. One minute it was blowing cool air and the next minute there was nothing. The compressor was still creating cool air but the fan controls were not working

TIA
