Wj Lift Questions!!! Help

I have a stock 2002 Grand Cherokee Laredo 4.0. On Craigslist by me there is somebody selling 4.5" lift sprins and shocks. Now my question is, if I buy them can I run them with a stock setup or do I need adjustable control arms and stuff like that? Or can I just run the springs and ahocks. Please let me know.

Post #2. You'll need everything required for a 5" lift.

2002 Overland - 4.7 HO, "Select-Drive", 4" RC long arms, TAG front winch bumper, 32" BFG KM's, Kolak 3" exhaust, Flowmaster 50 series
