KOR L. Plate Relocation light wiring
So i built my tire carrier. Easier said then done. To make my jeep street legal i need to i illuminate my license plate. Enter KOR relocation light. It even comes with another brake light for extra safety. Anyways, i'd like to think there is a way to tie it into the trailer harness that i have. But i'm not sure. Anyone have some insight? The ORO light has some kinda plug that connects to the harness some how. I'd like to avoid running it bake inside the cab to the lift gate to tie it in with those wires.
Thanks,
Pat

Can't you go through the body right under the taillight and tie it into the brake light?

If you have the factory 7 Pole, here's the pinouts:
You could always get something like this:

Run a wire up to your new lights and plug it in to the 4 Pole. With the extra 7 Pole, you could still use the 'factory' tow electronics and keep your new license plate light/brake light plugged in.

Good stuff guys thanks! I'll finish up this afternoon and post some pics. Don't get to excited, it's another JCDriller knock off.

I tied mine into the brake light. It was super easy. I have the wiring diagram too if you need it.
