Jeep Performance Issue I6 Engine

So my wife drives our Jeep to and from work all the time. She is having an issue that I havent experienced yet. When she is cruising with the RPMs in the 1500 range the RPMs will drop to zero then come back. While this happens she feels the engine lose power. Its only momentary. MPG's has been pretty constant. EVIC shows 16mpg average. Any ideas?

Did the code test by cycling the ignition of then off a few times and got a P0320 code which means there is an issue with the Crank Position Sensor. Guess I will replace that.

Been there. Go OEM. I'm not usually the guy saying that but in this case I believe it counts.
