ID this steering part

This feels like a noob question, but here it goes...

I have play in what I assume is a tie rod...it is the one that attaches the drag link to the top of the passenger knuckle.
I have always called the ones on the actual tie rod the tie rod ends (TRE's). Does this thing have the same name, just a tie rod end?

Trying to order the right part online, and want to make sure I get it right.

i recently ordered all new TRE. that one is #52088461 (at least for the 2001)
