It would be helpful to others if you told how you fixed it.

I called a mechanic in my hometown and said then fan fan drive clutch and everything needed replaced. Quoted me 1100. I called the dealership and they said a new relay should fix it up. Put a 45 dollar relay in. Runs like a champ.


I could stop the fan blade with my hand with the engine running before. Not anymore

What year WJ do you have? Are you referring to the hydraulic fan solenoid, or some other non-hydraulic fan relay? Because as far as I know, Mopar no longer sells just the solenoid, so if you have a hydraulic cooling fan, you are SOL and must buy the complete fan assembly. I'm confused by what exactly you mean.
