Wj How much are Overland rock sliders worth? Pictures inside

So, I removed the rock sliders off of my 04 Overland. I planned on repainting them, but I noticed there was quite a bit of rust. I decided not to repaint them because of that, and also because of the rocker rust I found. Bummer.

Question is, are these things worth anything, rusty?

Here is what I found after removal:

How do I go about fixing this rocker rust on a budget?

Email me with your e-mail. I might be interested in taking those off your hands...rust and all.

I gave $50.00 for mine. They were out of a junk yard and didn't have very much rust on them.

Drive a length of galvanized pipe through 'em and shoot them with a coat of paint. They'll be plenty strong and last a while longer

If it's easy to get to it's probably not worth seeing.

Sanded down all the rust, had the holes filled with weld, ground down smooth, primed and painted. Cleaned the end caps with a solvent and removed most of the rust discoloration. Drilled the holes into my Jeep and mounted. I think they came out pretty good! Thanks again!

Thanks! The grille, and the "Grand Cherokee" on the doors are next. "G.C." should pop out at you once it's done, but still look good. All the chrome is peeling from the letters and they look horrible. So spraying them black should really make them stand out and look better.

Thanks again! I appreciate it!
