HID fogs won't turn on

Got a ddmtuning hid foglight kit for my 04 4.7L wj. Already had one in before but one of the lights wouldnt turn back on which is why I bought a new kit. Unplugged everything to reinstall the new bulbs and ballasts and installed the new one. Bulb to ballast, and then 1 more wire to the bulb.

But the fog light won't turn on. Try rewiring a different way and heard a buzzing noise so I immediately unplugged it lol.

I am a noob to this I need some help

ddmtuning is junk these days. They used to be quality kits, but they are no longer that way. It should just be plug n play, right? Did you try swapping sides? Did you get the relay kit?

Only issue I've had with them is polarity change. Pull the connector from the vehicle connector into the ballast and turn it around and tape it on so it doesn't slip off if you haven't tried that already.

Make sure your ground is good. It might appear good but not quite be good enough.

The buzzing noise is the ballast. They all do that if you listen closely

Yes. The clip connector from the car to the ballast has the clip on one side where it clicks in. Pull it loose and turn it around and plug it in switching the pos/neg polarity. I've had this happen on several cars and they come on fine once you switch it. Be sure to wrap tape around the connection so it doesn't come loose after you test it.

Switching it worked! Hooked it up taped it and bam they both worked. Switched both ballasts and it looks great.
