Help me with my steering please.

Long story short...bent the hell out of my tie rod and draglink wheeling.
Bought replacement JKS bars and new Moog TREs at all 4 locations.
Took it to my mechanic to get it lined up. He can't get the steering wheel centered(its upside down) and the TREs have no threads showing to adjust it any more.
It doesn't turn right and I think the pitman arm is not in the right spot.
Where should the pitman arm be pointing when tires are straight??? In line with the frame?
Thanks for any help!
Andy

No, mine is pointing directly at the driver's side front coil spring.
