Headlights

Hello, Was looking into ordering some new headlights as mine are badly fogged. I was thinking that the black backround ones would look better on my white Limited. What do you guys think? I currently have the clears, but the place online said the blacks are only for Laredo's and Sport's, and dont fit Limiteds. They should right? Its only because they werent offered with it from factory. I have a neighbor with a '02 white Limited and he has the black ones. I think it would set off the black bug gaurd, vent visors and tow hooks?

I think the black is nice looking, but im more of a fan of the clear directionals as opposed to the orange ones in the laredo headlights. They both will fit though, same exact thing.

they are interchangeable with each other, its just styling differences. I personally like having the clear turn signals

I used a lens restorer kit and polished and sanded mine. Used some tranny fluid for the final buffing and they look almost new. Just letting you know, if you wanted to save some $.

Do you just have to do the outside or take apart the whole light and do the inside as well? What grits did you use?

if your gonna go with new headlight i would say go with the special edition ones with the clear blinkers instead of amber for the black housing. You can get them off amazon for like 65 a piece.

all of the headlights for the WJs are interchangeable. i put the later style lights on an 01 limited and they look awesome! they are dark but still have the clear turn signals. we actually have that style of lights available on our website at a pretty good price. link is below!
